Pro-Tempore Wants Enacted Policies Reviewed

The President Pro-Tempore of the Senate, Armah Zolu Jallah, has called on members of the 53rd National Legislature to review forestry policies enacted by that body.
Pro-Tempore Jallah said policies enacted by the Legislature have "seriously undermined" the performance of the forestry sector, especially in the area of logging.
Speaking at the official opening of the 5th Session of the 53rdNational Legislature in the Senate Chamber at the Capitol Building in Monrovia Monday, the Gbarpolu County lawmaker said it was important to review these policies in order to help logging companies perform better.
