Rep. Munah Pelham Wants Water Sector Legislated

Monrovia — Montserrado County District #9 Representative, Munah Pelham-Youngblood, has called for a legislation that will legitimize the National Water Resources and Sanitation Board of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Consortium in Liberia.
President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf launched the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in schools with a challenge to the different groupings in the sector to come together and design programs that will stimulate immense support. President Johnson-Sirleaf said over the years members of the WASH sector have been fragmented and had not been able to get together.
